Is your community quiet?

Residents often describe the community as peaceful and well-maintained.  Several of our competitors are close to the train - we are not.  Owner occupied townhomes on 59th Ave also block a lot of noise.

Do you have two-bedroom apartments?

Yes. There are 3 unique and awesome open concept floor plans to suit your needs.  

How big is your community?

There are only 96 apartments, offering a homier community size.

How many stories do you have?

The community consists of two-story, garden-style buildings.

Are you new construction?

Yes. 59 Evergreen was completed in 2022 with top-of-the-line modern construction and finishes.  We are also National Green Buildings Standard Certified.

Are you locally owned?

Yes. The property is locally owned and professionally managed.  You will frequently see the owner on site.  There is tremendous pride of ownership.

Is the maintenance quick?

Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and many residents mention responsiveness in reviews.

Does the manager speak Spanish?

Si.

Are your kitchens big?

Yes. Apartments feature spacious kitchens with quartz countertops and full-size appliances.  Tons of cabinets.  Ice Makers.  

Do you have garages?

No.  But the community offers one free covered parking space per apartment, and generous uncovered parking.

Do you have storage?

Yes. Each apartment includes generous private outdoor storage off the balcony or patio.

Do you have one-bedroom apartments?

Yes. One-bedroom floorplans are available.  They have an open concept which makes them live and feel big.  Check it out.

Is the clubhouse available for parties?

The clubhouse is available 7-days a week from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM.   We have an 80” TV and superfast Wi-Fi.  We have hosted birthdays, anniversaries,  holidays, celebrations of life, game nights, and even baptisms (in the pool) to name a few.

Do you have gym?

No.  But there are a lot of parks close by and a few great private gyms.  And a tot lot and dog park  😊.

Are you gated?

No.  But the property does have several cameras around the grounds and a Ring Doorbell Camera on every front apartment door.

Do you charge for utilities?

Like most newer communities we do bill back residents for their share of water, sewer, gas and common area electricity.  You will pay your unit electric bill directly to SRP.

Do you have package lockers?

Yes. Secure 24/7 package lockers are available at the front of the property where the mailboxes are located.

Is there a dog park?

Yes. There is a designated dog park area with electronic keyless entry.

Can I see pictures?

Is parking free?

Yes. Free parking is available, including one covered space per apartment.

Is parking easy and close to my apartment?

Yes. The property is designed with convenient parking throughout the community.

Do you accept dogs?

Yes. The community is pet-friendly, and we have a cool dog park.  

Do the apartments have carpet?

No. Apartments feature beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.  We feature chestnut brown or grey, depending upon cabinet color and paint.  

Do you have showers?

Some floor plans include full standup showers.

Do you have three-bedroom apartments?

Yes. We have a very spacious three-bedroom split floorplan with a full size primary bedroom with its own on-suite bath and walk-in closet.  

Are you open on weekends?

We are generally open on Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.   Closed on Sundays.  We try to provide work-life balance to our hard-working team. Best to schedule a tour if possible.

Are there schools nearby?

Yes.  There are several schools nearby for the younger set - both public and private.  But we are also conveniently located to several colleges.  

Are roommates allowed?

Yes.  Each roommate will apply and qualify separately.  

Is there good internet connection?

Yes. High-speed internet service is available through Cox and Quantum.

Are there hidden fees when renting?

Unlike some apartment communities, the 59 Evergreen leasing team goes out of its way to disclose all fees and costs, so residents understand pricing upfront.

Are the apartments energy efficient?

Yes. We are Green Certified.

Do you take Housing Vouchers?

We have a limited number of units available for Vouchers.  Acceptance is subject to availability and qualifications.
