Highly recommended. We employ SmartRent technology for keyless entry to apartment units and common areas. Key FOBS available upon request for an additional refundable deposit. In addition, your smartphone will enhance your resident experience by allowing you to control your thermostat and doorbell/camera remotely. Lastly, our Parcel Pending system will alert your smartphone when you have a package waiting for pick-up.

You are directly responsible for SRP electric, TV, and internet each month. Water/sewer/trash will be billed to you each month separate from your rent as a management reimbursement (commonly called RUBS). The amount is allocated based on the size of apartment and number of occupants and may fluctuate slightly each month. Monthly RUBS costs are estimated as follows:

1-bedrooms $55-65 ; 2-bedrooms $65-85 ; 3-bedrooms $85-115

Our preferred TV and internet provider is Cox. CenturyLink internet is also available. Your apartment is prewired with one or both modems ready for your immediate and convenient connection upon setting up your account.

No more than two pets per apartment. Pets must submit to an interview to determine suitability and may be rejected at the discretion of the manager. Residents must sign an extensive pet addendum governing the behavior of all pets and conduct of the residents. Residents must maintain a renters insurance policy which provides a minimum of $100,000 liability insurance for injuries or damages caused by a pet. Residents shall pay a one-time Pet Fee and monthly Pet Rent (per pet).

Each apartment has one assigned covered parking space, and the remainder of the parking is first come first serve. We are happy to let you know we have about 200 spaces for 96-apartments (196-bedrooms). That is a high parking ratio compared to many other communities.

When you engage the self-tour option on the website or at our leasing office you will be led through a process of identifying yourself and receiving a door unlock code for the date and time of the apartments you wish to view.

$45.00 per applicant. The application fee is non-refundable.

Admin fee is $150, $250, and $350 for a 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, or 3-bedroom apartment, respectively. This cost is to cover application processing and lease preparation.

Generally, your deposit amount is $750.00 subject to approved credit. This is in addition to paying your first month’s rent in advance. Both are collected upon acceptance of the application. Your deposit is refunded after move-out according to your lease terms. As an alternative, we offer eDeposit which is less money than a traditional deposit but is a non-refundable fee. Ask our leasing consultant for more information.

Yes. Any adults over the age of 18 residing in the home are required to submit a rental application and sign our lease agreement. All roommates are jointly and severally liable for the entire apartment rent each month.

Not currently. Partial payments are not permitted.

Due on the 1st (in advance) and late on the 3rd of each month. Paid electronically through bank autopay or debit through the Resident app. Late fees include a $50 one-time fee on the 4th plus $15 per day in addition to applicable sales tax. An additional fee of $45 (tax not included) will be incurred on the 5th of the month for the issuing of a certified 5 Day Rent Demand Notice.

Yes. Not only are there video doorbells on each apartment, but there are several other cameras located throughout the property.

No. 59 Evergreen is a smoke free community which includes inside your apartment and the common areas.
