In 1974, our property was envisioned as a 90-unit townhome community on about 8-acres. But only 20 homes were built and the rest of the land sat vacant.

Fast forward 45-years and one big idea later. An infill, adaptive reuse, green certified community. Featuring 96 new 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments.
